Things To Do

Adventure awaits at Anakeesta with a unique outdoor experience by immersing guests of all ages in the beauty and adventure of the great outdoors. Located in the heart of Gatlinburg.

Sky Bridge Park

For the thrill seeker, take a walk on the longest pedestrain suspension bridge in North America with it's glass panel flooring.

Cades Cove

Voted "must do" in the Smokies. Take a drive through the Cove to view the best wildlife the Smokies has to offer. Hint: go very early in the morning.

Dinner Shows

A trip to the Smokies isn't complete without seeing one of the many dinner shows that we have to offer. My favorites are Dolly Pardon's Stampeded, Hatfield and McCoy's and Murder Mystery.

Clingman's Dome

This 6,643 round top peak sits at the top of the park and the state of TN. Climb the 1/2 mile hike to the summit for the best views of the Smokies.

The Island

An amusement park, shopping and eateries all in one. A great place to spend the day or evening. Located in the heart of the Pigeon Forge.

Awarded "Friendliest Park" in the entire theme park industry and fun for the whole family. Don't forget the "to die for" cinnamon bread at the Gristmill.

With over 100 waterfalls and cascaded in the National Park, there is something for everyone. My favorites are: Laurel Falls, Grotto Falls, Rainbow Falls and Abrams.

Ripley's Aquarium

Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies is an amazing family attraction - State of the art facilities with over 100000 exotic sea creatures in 10 themed galleries.

Stop to smell the wildflowers. The Smokies are home to more than 1500 species of wildflowers that show their beauty in the spring. We are also home of Azaleas and Rhondadendrons in April.

Wineries & Moonshine

Mountain Valley Winery

Not only is Mountain Valley Winery one of the oldest wineries in the state, it also features some of the most unique wines in the country!

Sugarland Cellars

Sugarland Cellars is another one of the best wineries in Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. All of the wines at Sugarland Cellars have fascinating stories about the history of the Smokies printed on their label.

Ole Smoky Moonshine

Rustic corn-whiskey distillery brewing moonshine in copper stills makes this one of the most popular places in the Smokies to taste moonshine.

Liquor One

Old-fashioned country store featuring homemade liquor varieties & a tasting room makes this another favorite.

The Village Shopes

Nearly 30 shops and eateries are clustered in a center reminiscent of European cobblestone streets in downtown Gatlinburg. Don’t forget Friars donuts. Simply the best.

Tanger Outlets

Shopping chain featuring an open-air mall in Sevierville. Locate your favorites stores before you go. Enjoy over a hundred brand-name outlet stores.

Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts

With over 100 local artists and craftsmen, this is a living, breathing tribute to the history of the Great Smoky Mountains.
